The post is open to both newly qualified teachers (ECT) and recently qualified teachers (RQT), as well as more experienced educators looking for a new challenge Business Studies and Economics are popular subjects at both GCSE and A-Level, and the team is expanding from three to four staff members to meet increased demand on these subjects. We are looking for a dedicated individual who is looking for an opportunity to lead a supportive team. You will be a natural leader who is highly motivated, organized, enthusiastic and creative. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care, education, and compliance with statutory requirements. You should be passionate about implementing the Early Years Foundation Stage, ensuring high quality care and learning opportunities for all children, while working closely to manage your team and develop a strong partnership with parents. You must enjoy the practical aspects of the role as well as the administrative duties, be business minded and able to operate with a high level of engagement in building and maintaining relationships with parents and staff. Qualifications and Experience · GCSE Maths / English at Grade C or above or Functional Skills Level 2 in English and Maths. · NCFE CACHE Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Workforce. · Degree in appropriate subject including Early Years Care, Finance, Business, Marketing.
